This American Pale Ale delivers a vibrant sensory experience centered on a generous dual-hop profile of Simcoe and Mosaic. The aroma is an expressive bouquet of tropical mango, forest berries, and bright grapefruit, bolstered by the characteristic stone fruit esters of Verdant yeast. Despite its sessionable strength, a complex malt bill creates a remarkably smooth, rich mouthfeel that carries flavors of passionfruit and subtle pine. The palate is defined by its refreshing fruitiness and exceptionally low bitterness, leading to a clean, balanced finish. It is a modern, aromatically-charged ale designed for high drinkability and a soft, velvety texture.

Appearance. Pale golden to light amber (SRM 5–7). Features a moderately large, frothy white head with good retention and fine lacing. Clarity is generally clear with a very slight, yeast-derived haze.

Aroma. Moderate-high intensity. Dominant hop characteristics of blueberry, passionfruit, and mango from the Mosaic addition, paired with the piney and grapefruit edges of Simcoe. Background notes of apricot and peach esters are present, supported by a light, bready malt sweetness and neutral graininess.

Taste. Initial impression is fruit-forward and refreshing. Soft malt flavors of bread crust and light biscuit provide a smooth, supportive base. Hop flavors mirror the aroma with tropical fruit and citrus dominance. Bitterness is notably low for the style, resulting in a balanced, slightly off-dry finish with a clean, fruity aftertaste and no harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a notably smooth, creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate, providing a crisp, refreshing lift. Alcohol warmth is negligible at this strength, and the finish is entirely free of astringency.
