This celebratory Hazy IPA presents an immersive tropical profile defined by its dense, opalescent appearance and massive juice-forward character. A collaborative effort with Sudden Death Brewing, it delivers a high-intensity bouquet of creamy coconut, grilled pineapple, and succulent mango, accented by a delicate honeyed peach note. The mouthfeel is exceptionally silky and plush, supporting layers of juicy tangerine and citrus without the interference of harsh bitterness. This soft, pillowy structure emphasizes the juicy intent, finishing smooth and clean with a lingering fruit nectar impression that highlights the expert biotransformation of New World hops within a modern craft framework.
Appearance. Straw to deep gold (4–6 SRM) with a dense, opalescent haze and a luminous shine. Pours with a thick, meringue-like creamy white head that exhibits excellent retention and persistent lacing.
Aroma. High intensity and deeply aromatic, dominated by tropical and stone fruit. Distinct notes of coconut, ripe mango, and charred pineapple lead, supported by bright tangerine and a soft, honey-drenched peach sweetness. Malt is a faint, bready backdrop with no toast or caramel character.
Taste. An immediate wash of tropical fruit flavors featuring juicy citrus, mango, and pineapple. Perceived bitterness is very low, allowing the lush hop-derived juice to take center stage. The malt provides a neutral, grainy foundation. The finish is soft and off-dry, leaving a clean, fruity aftertaste without any harshness or hop bite.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a notable silkiness and creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate, enhancing the plush sensation. Alcohol warmth is light and well-integrated. Completely smooth with no astringency or raw grain harshness.
