Sexy Beast is a seductive Hazy IPA that captures the essence of a 'juice beast' through a heavy-handed application of Mosaic and Enigma hops. The aromatic profile is an intense storm of tropical and orchard fruits, specifically highlighting ripe mango and sweet melon, layered with an intriguing raspberry note. A subtle resinous pine finish provides a structural counterpoint to the fruit. Built on a creamy malt foundation, this beer presents a striking, opaque turbidity. It balances bold, modern hop saturation with a dangerous drinkability, delivering a soft, pillowy experience that remains hop-forward without harshness.

Appearance. Pale gold with an orange-tinged shine (SRM 5); opaque and hazy throughout. Topped by a dense, rocky, white meringue-like head with excellent retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward bouquet featuring distinct notes of ripe mango, cantaloupe melon, and a unique raspberry nuance. A faint, clean pine resin sits in the background. Low, neutral bready malt aroma supports the hops without adding caramel or toast character.

Taste. Explosive fruity hop flavors dominated by sweet mango and melon, followed by a mid-palate flash of tart raspberry. The finish introduces a soft piney bitterness that balances the initial fruitiness. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as soft and integrated. Malt flavor is low and grainy, providing a clean canvas. The aftertaste is long and fruity, never harsh.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full, pillowy body with a notable creaminess and smooth texture. Medium carbonation enhances the soft mouthfeel. A very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present at 7.1%. No astringency or raw starch graininess.
