Appearance. Crystalline medium gold (7 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Features a smooth, white, persistent head with fine-beaded lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma with prominent notes of grapefruit zest, fresh lime, and resinous pine. Low, clean, grainy-sweet maltiness supports the hops. Neutral fermentation profile with no significant yeast esters.
Taste. Initial impression is a sharp, clean bitterness followed by medium-high hop flavors of citrus peel and pine resin. Low, grainy malt flavor provides a neutral base. Finishes very dry and crisp with a lingering, hoppy, and bitter aftertaste. No harshness or astringency.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. High carbonation level. Noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth that remains smooth.
