This Hazy IPA is an explosion of tropical and temperate orchard fruit, defined by a massive dry-hop addition of Ella, Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe. It pours with a signature opaque glow, immediately releasing intense aromas of ripe stone fruit and zesty citrus. On the palate, the blend of Citra and Mosaic drives a succulent profile of mango and orange, while Simcoe adds a subtle resinous, piney backbone and Ella provides a delicate herbal lift. Its creamy, soft texture balances a restrained bitterness, finishing with a lingering, juicy fruitiness that captures the delightful chaos of the modern New England style.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (4-6 SRM); opaque and hazy with a characteristic shine. Features a dense, white, rocky meringue-like head with high retention and beautiful lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by ripe stone fruit (peach, apricot) and tropical citrus (tangerine). Light herbal and resinous notes from Ella and Simcoe emerge in the background. Malt is low and neutral, presenting as a soft, bready character. Fermentation is clean with supportive fruity esters.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the stone fruit and citrus aroma. Low to medium-low perceived bitterness that remains smooth and avoids any harshness. Low, bready malt flavor provides a soft foundation. The finish is off-dry and juicy, with a clean aftertaste focused on hop oils rather than malt sweetness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate. Displays light alcohol warmth without any solvent notes. No astringency or raw starch texture is present.
