Brutalisimo is a high-intensity Hazy IPA that leads with a tropical charge of mango, papaya, and ripe citrus. The heavy utilization of Citra and Ekuanot hops drives a punchy, juice-forward profile, while the addition of Loral introduces a sophisticated, slightly floral top note. Its appearance is characteristically opaque with a soft, glowing sheen, inviting the palate into a silky, medium-full body. The malt remains a bready, supportive backdrop, allowing the hop-derived juice to linger into a smooth, low-bitterness finish. This beer exemplifies the modern New England style through its saturated hop depth and creamy, effortless drinkability.

Appearance. Deep straw to light orange (4-6 SRM). Opaque with a characteristic hazy shine and no visible particulates. Massive, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominated by tropical fruits like mango and pineapple from Citra and Ekuanot, with a distinct lime and herbal-floral essence from Loral. Secondary notes of orange zest and stone fruit. Malt is low and neutral, providing a light bready foundation without caramel. Fermentation is clean with supportive fruity esters.

Taste. Massive tropical fruit flavor including papaya, guava, and passionfruit. Mid-palate reveals sweet citrus and a refined floral touch. Low to medium-low bitterness that is exceptionally smooth and never harsh. Malt is grainy and subtle. The finish is juicy and off-dry, leaving a lingering impression of fruit nectar and a soft, clean aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky, and rounded texture. Carbonation is moderate. Noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth provides a gentle glow. No astringency or hop burn.
