This Hazy IPA serves as a concentrated showcase for the Krush hop variety, utilizing a massive 60kg dry-hop addition to drive a high-intensity sensory profile. The experience is defined by lush aromas of ripe peach and sweet citrus, layered over a subtle tropical foundation. Its structure is supported by a grainy, lightly bready malt base that provides a soft platform for the heavy hop saturation. The palate follows suit with stone fruit dominance and a restrained, smooth bitterness. Characteristically opaque with a silky, creamy texture, it delivers a juicy, off-dry finish that highlights the vibrant, modern character of the Krush hops.

Appearance. Straw to soft gold (4-6 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze and a luminous shine. Features a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward bouquet featuring prominent ripe peach, sweet orange citrus, and soft mango. Background malt is neutral and grainy with a light bread-crust note; fermentation esters are supportive and fruity without being clashing.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with layers of stone fruit and citrus peel. Malt flavor is low to moderate, providing a soft bready backbone.
