This New World Cider presents a crystal-clear, straw-hued appearance with a lively, effervescent sparkle. The aroma is defined by fresh-pressed culinary apples, evoking notes of crisp Gala and tart Granny Smith, underscored by a clean fermentation profile. On the palate, a delicate balance of natural fruit sweetness meets a bright, refreshing acidity that sweeps across the tongue. The finish is remarkably clean and medium-dry, leaving a lingering essence of sun-ripened orchard fruit.
