This innovative Hazy IPA delivers a vibrant sensory journey, balancing the intense tropical fruitiness of Citra and Mosaic hops with the exotic addition of Genmaicha green tea and lemongrass. The Citra hops burst with bright grapefruit and lime zest, while Mosaic drives rich mango and blueberry notes, melding seamlessly with the grassy, citrus-forward lift of fresh lemongrass. Lactose lends a smooth, velvety sweetness, balancing the subtle toasted grain and earthy herbaceousness of the green tea. It is a highly creative, creamy-soft expression that reinvents the juicy India Pale Ale with a refreshing, tea-infused twist.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold with an orange-like hue; highly hazy, bordering on opaque, with a glowing shine. Crowned by a dense, persistent, meringue-like white head that leaves beautiful lacing as it recedes.

Aroma. High-intensity aroma dominated by tropical mango and bright citrus from Citra and Mosaic hops, closely followed by the fresh, herbal-citrus lift of lemongrass. A distinctive undercurrent of earthy green tea and subtle toasted, nutty rice notes from the Genmaicha blends with a light, bready malt background and a clean, slightly sweet creaminess from lactose.

Taste. Initial impression is soft, juicy, and medium-sweet, bursting with stone fruit, grapefruit, and mango hop flavors. The middle reveals an intriguing fusion of grassy green tea bitterness and refreshing, zesty lemongrass. Low to moderate bitterness is exceptionally smooth, balanced by the gentle, unfermentable sweetness of milk sugar. Mouthfeel. Medium-full and exceptionally smooth, carrying a plush, creamy, and soft body enhanced by wheat malt and lactose.
