This Hazy IPA presents an explosion of tropical and orchard fruits, amplified by an intensive dry hopping of Citra and Mosaic. The sensory profile is dominated by the sharp, zesty brightness of calamansi and tropical depth of passion fruit, while nectarine provides a fleshy stone fruit core. Mosaic contributes subtle notes of blackcurrant and dark berries, dovetailing with the actual blackcurrant addition. The Citra hops bolster the citrus profile with layers of grapefruit and lime. It pours with a striking, opaque radiance and a soft, pillowy mouthfeel, delivering a smoothie-like density that balances vibrant acidity with a gentle, bready malt foundation.

Appearance. Deep straw to golden-orange (5-7 SRM). Opaque with a luminous shine and no visible particulates. Topped by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. A massive bouquet of passion fruit and zesty calamansi citrus. Distinctive stone fruit esters and nectarine sweetness are supported by Citra's grapefruit and Mosaic's complex blueberry and blackcurrant notes. Background malt is neutral and bready; fermentation is clean.

Taste. Initial impression is a wave of juicy passion fruit and tangy calamansi, followed by the rounded sweetness of nectarine. Citra and Mosaic hops provide a layer of mango and berry complexity. Low to medium-low bitterness provides just enough structure to balance the fruit. The finish is off-dry and smooth, with a lingering blackcurrant and tropical fruit aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full, soft, and remarkably smooth body. Moderate carbonation creates a creamy texture without being viscous or syrupy. A light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present at 7% ABV. No astringency or harshness.
