Appearance. Medium gold (7 SRM) with a very slight, chill-induced haze. Renders a tall, creamy white head with excellent persistence and thick, decorative lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring distinct notes of coconut, mango, and apricot. Supporting layers of resinous pine and light citrus zest are present, backed by a very low, clean, grainy-sweet malt character and neutral fermentation profile.
Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward with flavors of passion fruit and pineapple. The mid-palate reveals Idaho 7 stone fruit and a creamy Sabro-derived coconut nuance. Bitterness is firm and assertive but clean. Malt flavor is low, resembling white bread crust. The finish is dry and crisp with a lingering resinous and tropical hop aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, almost creamy texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a crisp bite. Alcohol warmth is very light and well-integrated; no astringency present.
