This Wild Specialty Beer presents a vibrant sensory interplay between intense fruit refermentation and modern hopping. Deep raspberry aromas dominate the nose, supported by the citrus and tropical notes of the Pink Boots Blend 2022, specifically highlighting the bright grapefruit and lime accents of Citra. A moderate wild funk provides complexity, weaving in earthy and leathery undertones. On the palate, the beer is strikingly dry, where the tartness of the raspberries amplifies a crisp, lactic acidity. The hop profile adds layers of floral elegance and soft stone fruit, finishing with a lingering, berry-skin tannin and a clean, refreshing tartness.

Appearance. A striking deep pink to reddish hue with a moderate haze; topped by a light pink, fine-beaded head that shows moderate retention and leaves slight lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aroma of fresh, tart raspberries layered with citrus and tropical hop notes. Subtle funk including light leather and hay from the wild fermentation; low floral esters and no diacetyl.
