This vibrant tropical Straight Sour Beer delivers an immediate sensory escape, marrying sharp, refreshing citrus with lush equatorial fruit. Intensely aromatic, it bursts with the zesty brightness of fresh lime and the sweet, musky perfume of pink guava puree. A generous dry-hopping of Sabro hops introduces a distinct, creamy coconut undertone, transforming the profile into a lively, cocktail-like experience. Underneath this tropical parade, a clean, lactic acidity provides a crisp, puckering backbone, supported by a very light, crackery malt base. It finishes incredibly dry, fresh, and thirst-quenching, epitomizing a bright, modern, fruit-forward sour.

Appearance. Pours a pale, hazy straw-yellow with delicate, light-pinkish highlights from the guava. It is crowned by a fizzy, bright white head that dissipates quickly, leaving minimal lacing, driven by high effervescence.

Aroma. High intensity aroma dominated by the sharp, zesty punch of fresh lime juice and the tropical, sweet-tart perfume of guava. Clean, lactic sourness is immediately apparent. Prominent dry-hop notes of coconut and subtle woody mint from the Sabro hops intermingle with the fruit, supported by a very low, crackery, neutral grain malt presence. No sulfur or Brettanomyces funk.

Taste. An initial wave of bracing, clean lactic acidity is paired with a bright burst of lime zest and sweet guava puree.
