This German Pils offers a bright, refreshing tribute to Utrecht, showcasing a clean and precise lager profile. The sensory experience is led by moderately high aromas of flowery and spicy German hops, supported by a delicate backdrop of doughy, cracker-like Continental Pilsner malt. It strikes a classic balance with a firm, crisp bitterness that quickly overtakes the initial malt sweetness, leading into a bone-dry, minerally finish. At 4.8% ABV, its medium-light body and high carbonation provide a sharp, effervescent snap, making it a quintessentially sessionable lager that emphasizes local craft and traditional purity.

Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (2–4 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a creamy, long-lasting white head and excellent lacing.

Aroma. Moderately high flowery and spicy hop character. Low grainy, doughy, and toasted cracker malt notes. Clean fermentation profile with no esters or diacetyl.

Taste. Initial grainy-sweet malt flavor is quickly overcome by a firm hop bitterness and herbal hop flavors. Finishes very dry and crisp with a lingering bitterness and a touch of flinty mineral character. Very clean fermentation profile.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high carbonation. Crisp and sharp, but not harsh. No perceived alcohol warmth.
