Appearance. Medium gold (approx. 7 SRM). Brilliantly clear with no haze. Persistent, medium-sized white head with fine-textured lacing and good retention.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of grapefruit peel, dank pine resin, and subtle hints of blueberry and tropical fruit. Low, clean, grainy maltiness provides a neutral backdrop. Clean fermentation profile with no significant esters.
Taste. Immediate hop-forward impression of citrus zest and resinous pine. Low grainy malt flavor supports a firm, clean bitterness. Hop flavors mirror the aroma with berry notes and a woody character. Very dry finish with a lingering, crisp, and clean bitter aftertaste. No harshness.
