Oracle is a sharp and assertive Double IPA that celebrates the classic West Coast profile through a modern lens. Mosaic hops take center stage, delivering a vibrant bouquet of mango, grapefruit, and ripe blueberries, while Simcoe grounds the experience with resinous pine and subtle earthy depths. Despite its 8% strength, the beer remains impressively crisp and lean, emphasizing hop saturation over malt weight. Appearance. Deep gold (7 SRM) with brilliant clarity and no haze. Pours with a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head that exhibits excellent retention and fine lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring a complex blend of Mosaic and Simcoe. Prominent notes of tropical fruit, citrus zest, and ripe berries are supported by resinous pine and light earthy depths. Malt is low and neutral, offering a faint grainy background with a clean fermentation profile.
