Desta vez a Ophiussa juntou forças com a Salama de Espoo na Finlândia para nos presentear com mais uma Smoothie Sour incrível e, sendo a Finlândia conhecida pela grande variedade de frutas vermelhas, foi precisamente nestas que focaram a seleção de frutas. Escolheram a amora, o mirtilo e a framboesa como trilogia de frutas vermelhas para esta cerveja pois atribuem-lhe um perfil aromático fantástico de bagas acabadas de colher na floresta. Adicionaram também pêssego que serve de tela a esta pintura em tons de vermelho. Kippis!

De Ophiussa Blackbird Smoothie Sour is een ware smaakexplosie in een blik. Dit bijzondere bier combineert de intense, sappige smaak van zwarte bessen met een zachte, romige body die doet denken aan een smoothie, terwijl de karakteristieke zuurheid van een sour beer alles in balans houdt. We chose blackberry, blueberry and raspberry as the holly trinity of berries for this beer because they give it a fantastic aromatic profile of berries freshly picked from the forest. We also added peach which serves as a canvas for this red-toned painting. Kippis!
