A thick, peach fuzz texture carries waves of candied mango and juicy melon, supported by a subtle, nostalgic hint of bubblegum from the yeast-hop interaction. Brewed for maximum smoothness, it balances its hop-forward intensity with a soft, bready malt backbone that remains clean and neutral. The finish is remarkably plush, showcasing the style’s signature juicy character without harshness, making for an approachable yet deeply aromatic and fruit-driven pint that emphasizes tropical depth over aggressive bitterness.
Appearance. Luminous straw to light gold (4-6 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze that creates a characteristic shine. Topped by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with exceptional retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity aromatics dominated by ripe peach, apricot, and tropical mango. Secondary notes of lemon zest and a light confectionery sweetness resembling bubblegum. Malt is subtle, providing a clean, doughy foundation without any toasted or caramel notes.
Taste. Massive stone fruit and tropical flavors mirror the aroma, featuring prominent mango and melon. A mid-palate pop of lemon sherbet provides brightness. Malt flavor is low, suggesting soft wheat or oats. Perceived bitterness is moderate, well-integrated and never sharp. The finish is off-dry and smooth, leaving a lingering impression of fruit juice.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture and no astringency. Carbonation is moderate, contributing to the smooth dreamboat character. Alcohol warmth is very low, remaining well-integrated and hidden.
