This non-alcoholic American Pale Ale delivers a vibrant sensory experience that defies its low-alcohol nature. The aromatic profile is dominated by a high-intensity dry-hop character, showcasing the signature tropical and citrus notes of Citra hops alongside a lush, authentic mango presence. Despite the minimal fermentation, the beer maintains a surprisingly robust mouthfeel, avoiding the thinness often found in the category. On the palate, bright stone fruit and resinous hop flavors lead the way, supported by a subtle, grainy malt backbone. A crisp, moderate bitterness ensures a clean, refreshing finish that captures the essence of a modern, juiced-up craft banger.

Appearance. Pours a hazy, pale golden color (6 SRM) with a moderately large, frothy white head that exhibits good retention and leaves delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent mango and passion fruit, supported by citrusy notes of grapefruit and lime from Citra hops. A low, neutral grainy maltiness provides a clean base with virtually no yeast esters or fermentation byproducts.

Taste. The initial impression is a wave of juicy mango and tropical hop flavors. The bitterness is moderate and well-balanced against a light, crackery malt sweetness.
