A vibrant trio of Idaho 7, Talus, and Amarillo hops delivers an immediate sensory strike of juicy mango and pineapple, underpinned by nuanced floral accents and a crisp pine resin backbone. The malt profile is intentionally restrained, providing a lean, grainy foundation that allows the bold citrus notes of the Amarillo to shine. Each sip leads to a decidedly clean, moreish finish that balances firm bitterness with an inviting tropical brightness, embodying a refreshing yet punchy hop-forward character typical of California-inspired interpretations.
Appearance. Medium gold to light amber (7–9 SRM). Displays a slight haze with a persistent, medium-sized off-white head that leaves moderate lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent tropical fruit (mango, papaya), citrus zest, and a subtle floral perfume. A background of resinous pine and low, clean, grainy maltiness supports the dominant hop profile.
Taste. Strong hop flavors of stone fruit, pink grapefruit, and resinous pine from the Idaho 7 and Talus. The bitterness is medium-high and crisp, well-integrated with a low, crackery malt presence. Finishes dry and clean with a lingering hoppy aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly oily hop texture. Moderate to high carbonation provides a refreshing bite. Clean finish with no harshness and very light, smooth alcohol warmth.
