Bongo Tropic IPA presents as a vibrant Fruit Beer, masterfully blending a sessionable IPA base with an exuberant trio of pineapple, passion fruit, and mango. The aroma is a high-intensity tropical bouquet where the stone fruit notes of El Dorado and Mosaic intertwine with the citrus spray of Citra and Cascade. On the palate, the fruit additions provide a lush, punchy character that is bolstered by the piney resin of Simcoe and a distinctively creamy, coconut-like finish from Sabro hops. It is a sunshine-focused quencher that remains crisp and highly drinkable, balancing moderate bitterness against a refreshing, dry malt backdrop.

Appearance. Pours a brilliant pale gold with a persistent, frothy white head that leaves delicate lacing. Clarity is high with just a faint, hazy shimmer from the heavy fruit and hop additions.
