OneTwo Tomatina reimagines the traditional Gose as a savory yet bright sensory experience. It opens with the lush, fruity essence of sweet tomatoes, leaning into their natural acidity rather than vegetal notes. The base of Pilsner and wheat malt provides a soft, doughy foundation that balances a clean lactic tartness. A delicate salinity enhances the palate, while a subtle, well-integrated pinch of habanero peppers introduces a gentle, creeping warmth without overwhelming the refreshing character. This interpretation maintains the style's effervescent nature, finishing dry with a mouthwatering, savory-fruity interplay that highlights the tomato's often-overlooked sweetness.

Appearance. Hazy, orange-red hue (8-10 SRM) from tomato additions. Moderate off-white head with tight bubbles and fair retention. Distinctive effervescence visible through the moderate haze.

Aroma. Moderate-high intensity featuring a bright, lactic sourness and a prominent fruity tomato aroma. Low bready and doughy malt presence provides a background for a light, clean salinity and a very subtle hint of earthy habanero spice. No hop character is present.

Taste. Initial impression is a refreshing tartness followed by the distinct, sweet fruity flavor of ripe tomatoes. Moderate doughy malt flavor anchors the mid-palate. Salt is clearly noticeable, providing a savory, mouthwatering quality. Very low bitterness with no hop flavor. The finish is dry and fully attenuated, accented by a subtle, lingering warmth from habanero peppers that complements the acidity.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high, prickly carbonation that provides an effervescent mouthfeel. A light, pleasant warmth from the habanero peppers and the 5.5% ABV is present. The salt creates a tingly, rounded sensation on the tongue.
