On the palate, a clean, moderate acidity is balanced by a distinct saline quality that enhances the savory character of the tomato and vegetable components. The finish is remarkably dry and effervescent, with the parsley providing a refreshing, peppery snap. Appearance. 3-4 SRM. Pale yellow with a moderate haze. Tall, white head with tight bubbles and good retention; effervescent with light lacing.
Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring sharp lactic acidity and doughy Pilsner malt. Distinctive herbaceous notes of fresh-cut parsley mingle with a faint, earthy savoriness from the aubergine and a hint of coriander. No hop aroma is present.
Taste. Initial sharp tartness followed by a bready, wheat-driven malt core. Noticeable sea salt provides a savory, mouthwatering edge that complements the vegetal complexity of the aubergine and parsley. Hop bitterness is very low (approximately 10 IBU), and there is no hop flavor. The finish is bone-dry and acidic, leaving a refreshing, savory aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high, effervescent carbonation. The salt creates a tingly sensation on the tongue, while the wheat provides a slight roundness that is quickly thinned by the crisp, refreshing acidity. Low alcohol warmth.
