This Hazy IPA showcases the complex 2021 Pink Boots blend, delivering an intense sensory experience. The aroma is a vibrant bouquet of tropical and stone fruits, where HBC 630 and Triumph contribute lush notes of peach and cherry. Idaho Gem adds a distinct pineapple sweetness, while Talus provides a sophisticated layer of pink grapefruit and dried rose petals. A subtle floral and citrus lift from Loral rounds out the profile. Appearance. SRM 4 (Yellow-gold). Opaque, hazy with a brilliant shine. Large, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.

Malt provides a supportive, slightly sweet, grainy base. The finish is off-dry and smooth with a persistent, juicy aftertaste of tropical fruit.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Very low alcohol warmth, well-integrated. No astringency, creaminess, or hop burn.
