OneTwo Citrine Machine is a vibrant Hazy IPA that radiates with a saturated, glowing character. The intensive double dry-hopping regimen showcases Citra and Talus, delivering a punchy bouquet of pink grapefruit, zesty lime, and sweet mango. Talus adds a unique complexity with whispers of dried rose petals and a subtle, tropical coconut undertone. The palate is defined by its soft, pillowy texture and a low, supportive bitterness that allows the lush fruit flavors to take center stage. Hints of bready malt provide a sturdy foundation, leading into a smooth, off-dry finish that keeps the tropical intensity lingering long after the last sip.

Appearance. Straw to light orange with a deep, opaque haze that provides a characteristic shine. Topped with a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward bouquet featuring distinct notes of grapefruit and lime from Citra, alongside tropical mango and the floral, woodsy sage and rose nuances of Talus. Malt is subtly bready and grainy in the background, complemented by fruity yeast esters.

Taste. Explosive fruity hop flavors dominated by citrus zest and tropical stone fruit. Low to medium-high perceived bitterness that is well-masked by a soft malt backbone of light bread and grain. Fermentation is clean with supportive fruity esters. The finish is off-dry and smooth, leaving a lingering impression of tropical fruit without any hop harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture and no astringency. Medium carbonation provides a gentle lift, while the 7% ABV offers a light, well-integrated warmth.
