OneTwo 52 presents a vibrant, desert-inspired take on a Wild Specialty Beer, centered around the exotic profile of cactus fruit. The sensory journey begins with a bright, prickly pear-driven character that evokes succulent ripe watermelon and sun-drenched berries. A delicate lactic acidity provides a crisp, refreshing backbone, perfectly balancing the fruit’s perceived sweetness. As the palate transitions, a playful hint of bubblegum emerges from the fermentation esters, adding complexity to the juicy core. This light-bodied sour concludes with a remarkably clean, effervescent finish, offering a thirst-quenching oasis of flavor that remains bright and fruit-forward from start to finish.

Appearance. Pours a striking pale pinkish-amber with a slight haze. Features a moderate, white head with fair retention that leaves light lacing on the glass.
