This West Coast Pilsner delivers a vibrant, modern interpretation of the German Pils, emphasizing a clean lager fermentation paired with an assertive American hop profile. The aromatic presence of Citra and Cascade drives bright notes of grapefruit and citrus zest, while Centennial adds a refined floral quality alongside the subtle cedar-spice of Challenger. The backdrop remains elegantly simple, featuring the toasted cracker notes of a pale malt base.
