This Hazy IPA showcases a vibrant sensory profile driven by the synergy of Citra and Simcoe hops. A luminous, hazy straw pour releases an intense bouquet where Citra delivers waves of fresh, juicy citrus and tropical fruit, beautifully countered by the resinous, piney, and zesty aromatics of Simcoe. The palate is soft and pillowy, presenting a smooth transition from bready, grain-forward malts to a wash of orange and grapefruit flavors. While the bitterness remains restrained and integrated, Simcoe provides a clean, zesty structure that ensures a refreshing finish, perfectly balancing the beer's moderate sweetness and velvety mouthfeel.
Appearance. Straw to light amber (4 SRM) with a characteristic opaque haze that provides a luminous shine. It is topped by a persistent, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.

These are layered over a woody, piney, and slightly earthy resinous character from the Simcoe hops. Taste. The initial impression is a burst of juicy tropical and citrus fruit. Citra provides dominant orange and peach flavors, while Simcoe introduces a complex zesty and piney element. Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture and moderate carbonation. It lacks any harshness or astringency, offering a smooth, almost creamy sensation on the tongue with a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
