Cerveza O´Neill, debe su nombre a una familia de origen irlandés que se estableció en Punta del Este a fines de la década del 50´. Basada en una receta única de tradición familiar que paso de generación en generación y se fue moldeando según el gusto del maestro cervecero Patrick O´Neill Landauer.
Se destaca por el dominio de las técnicas artesanales de producción de cerveza, desde la molienda realizada a mano en la que se utilizan malta base nacional y maltas especiales importadas, hasta el estricto control en la fase de embotellado.
Esta excepcional cerveza de aspecto turbio tan particular se caracteriza delicioso sabor en boca, sin filtrar, ni aditivos y conservantes. El riguroso control de temperatura en la fermentación ALE satisfacen los gustos más exóticos de los degustadores.
Mayor cuerpo y más alcohol que una cerveza industrial son algunas de las diferencias de esta única cerveza artesanal que ya tiene cuatro variedades.Énfasis en el sabor, todas las partidas pasan por un minucioso control de calidad del producto final.
