Wipe Me Down is a decadently layered Wild Specialty Beer that pushes the boundaries of the style with an opulent, dessert-inspired profile. Built on a creamy, lactose-heavy kettle-sour base, it explodes with the vibrant tartness of Australian boysenberry juice and raspberry purée, balanced by the smooth, tropical sweetness of banana and rich coconut crème. Aromas of vanilla ice cream powder and lemon meringue whips dance over a subtle, earthy kiss of Canadian maple syrup. This complex assembly creates a plush, smoothie-like experience where the sharp acidity of the fruit is beautifully rounded by a luscious, velvety texture and a lingering, sweet-tart finish.
