This decadent Wild Specialty Beer presents a vivid sensory experience, merging a robust, imperial-strength lacto-sour base with an indulgent pastry-inspired profile. A double addition of Aussie blueberries and blackcurrants drives a deep, jammy intensity that dominates the palate with dark berry richness and a sharp, refreshing tartness. The addition of aromatic vanilla weaves through the fruit, providing a creamy, softening counterpoint that rounds out the finish.
