This indulgent Wild Specialty Beer presents a complex, dessert-inspired profile. An immediate rush of ripe banana dominates the senses, seamlessly integrated with rich French vanilla and the velvety sweetness of white chocolate. The inclusion of milk sugar and Liquid Cream™ treatments creates a lush, pastry-like foundation that softens the sharp lactic acidity of the kettle sour base. While hop character remains absent, the interplay between bright tartness and confectionary ingredients defines the experience. Appearance. Opaque, pale golden-yellow (SRM 4-6) with a thick, creamy white head that shows moderate retention and fine lacing.
