Built upon a foundation of wheat and roasted malts, the palate is enriched by deep notes of toffee and caramelized brown sugar. The brewery’s house lacto blend provides a clean, lemony tartness that contrasts against the lush additions of vanilla and custard powder. Appearance. 4-8 SRM. Ranges from deep gold to light copper. Large, dense, white head with poor retention typical of high acidity. Slight haze to hazy due to adjunct additions.
