This imaginative Wild Specialty Beer presents a striking fusion of Southeast Asian influence and dessert decadence. Pandan takes center stage, offering its signature grassy and floral aromatics with a distinct vanilla undertone. These elements are layered over a rich, indulgent base reminiscent of vanilla custard and coconut ice cream, creating a lush, velvety profile. Ripe banana notes emerge on the palate, harmonizing with the tropical coconut and a gentle, wild fermentation tang that provides a necessary counterpoint to the sweetness. The result is a bold, creamy dessert experience that balances exotic botanical notes with comforting, pastry-like flavors.
