One Drop’s Berlinerwine is a sensory monolith, redefining the boundaries of a Wild Specialty Beer with an overwhelming saturation of fruit. Boasting a staggering 690 grams of raspberries per litre, the profile is dominated by an ultra-concentrated, jammy essence of sixty-two individual raspberries per can. This creates a dense, multi-layered experience where sharp lactic acidity cuts through a viscous, nectar-like body. The 12.1% alcohol by volume provides a significant, well-integrated warmth that supports the intense fruit purity and seed-like tannins. It is a decadent, high-gravity sour that balances extreme fruit tartness with a heavy, velvet-textured finish and immense complexity.

Appearance. Deep, opaque magenta to dark crimson; pours with a thick, smoothie-like consistency. A dense, pink-tinted head forms briefly but recedes quickly due to high alcohol and fruit oils, leaving heavy legs on the glass.
