Pie Head is an indulgent, high-gravity Wild Specialty Beer that captures the essence of a decadent dessert. A lush, jammy core of Australian peach and plum provides a vibrant fruit foundation, while baker’s cinnamon and South Pacific vanilla beans weave through the profile like a freshly baked crumble crust. Single-origin Australian milk sugar creates a silky, ice cream texture that softens the lactic tartness. This complex ale balances its 9% strength with rich fruit esters and a spiced, pastry-like finish, delivering an aromatic experience reminiscent of a sun-warmed fruit pie topped with melting vanilla bean cream.
Appearance. Deep golden to amber with a hazy, soft reddish-orange tint. Dense, creamy, off-white head with moderate retention and significant lacing.
