This Double IPA is a vibrant showcase of New Zealand hop artistry, specifically designed to celebrate the lush character of Peacharine. The sensory experience is led by Peacharine and Peacharine HopKief™, delivering an intense explosion of ripe stone fruit and fuzzy peach. Supporting roles from Mega Motueka and Super Sauvin introduce layers of zesty lime, crushed gooseberry, and elegant white wine grapes. A soft, neutral malt base allows these tropical and vinous notes to shine. Despite the substantial hop saturation, the beer remains exceptionally drinkable, balancing a firm bitterness with a clean, dry finish that emphasizes juicy Southern Hemisphere fruit.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange (6-8 SRM). It presents with a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head that leaves consistent lacing. It possesses a soft glow with a slight hop haze.

Aroma. High intensity hop profile dominated by stone fruit and apricot from the Peacharine. This is complemented by lime citrus from the Motueka and characteristic white grape and gooseberry notes from the Super Sauvin. A supportive, neutral, grainy-sweet malt sits in the background. Clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Immediate impact of sweet peach and tropical nectar. Mid-palate reveals lime zest and vinous gooseberry flavors. Hop bitterness is firm but smooth, preventing any cloying sweetness. The malt character is low and cracker-like, providing a subtle platform for the hops. Finishes dry with a lingering resinous and fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, oily texture from the heavy hop additions. Carbonation is moderate to high. Alcohol warmth is light and well-integrated, with no harshness or astringency.
