This Double IPA delivers a concentrated sensory experience, highlighting the innovative use of Azacca and Pink hops. The aroma is a vibrant display of tropical citrus and ripe stone fruit, uniquely layered with the distinctive Pink hop profile of wildflower honey, crisp apple, and a subtle whisper of vanilla. On the palate, the beer maintains a modern, hop-forward focus where a firm, clean bitterness balances a lean malt backbone. At 8.7% ABV, it provides a smooth, integrated warmth that carries the orchard fruit and resinous notes through a dry, lingering finish, exemplifying power and drinkability.

Appearance. Gold to light copper color (7-9 SRM) with slight haze from heavy dry-hopping. Features a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma characterized by bright citrus, mango, and peach. Unique notes of honey, red apple, and a touch of vanilla are present. Malt is neutral and supportive, while the fermentation profile is clean with a very light, smooth alcohol note.

Taste. Strong and complex hop flavors of grapefruit, tropical stone fruit, and a distinct floral honey character. Moderately high bitterness that remains clean and lacks harshness. The malt is soft and unobtrusive, leading to a medium-dry finish with a long, hoppy aftertaste of citrus zest and pine.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, velvety texture. Medium-high carbonation. Displays a restrained, smooth alcohol warmth that is well-integrated into the structure without being solventy.
