This vibrant Wild Specialty Beer showcases a complex, fresh-fruit fermentation driven by the brewery’s house lacto culture. A lean malt foundation allows an exotic bouquet of Australian Pineapple and NZ Feijoa to lead the sensory experience, supported by the zesty brightness of Key Lime and the tangy depth of Chinese Gooseberries. The addition of Fijian Coconut Water provides a unique, hydrating roundness, while a delicate kiss of sea salt sharpens the tropical profile and elevates the crisp, acidic finish. It is a refreshing, multi-layered profile that perfectly balances sharp citrus and lush, sun-ripened fruit.

Appearance. Pours a hazy, pale straw with a faint greenish-yellow tint from the lime and gooseberry. A frothy white head forms quickly but recedes to a thin collar, showing moderate lacing and a spritzy, effervescent character.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics lead with sharp lime zest and tropical pineapple. Distinctive floral and pear-like notes of feijoa mingle with a clean, lactic tang.
