This vibrant Wild Specialty Beer presents a playful ice cream sour profile, dominated by a lush burst of Aussie mangoes and sweet strawberries. The inclusion of Ube ice cream introduces a unique, earthy, and nutty undertone that complements the tangy acidity of the base fermentation. Milk sugar and marshmallow fluff provide a velvety, indulgent sweetness that rounds out the sharp lactic tartness.
