This amplified Lassi-style Gose redefines the traditional style with a decadent, high-gravity profile. The sensory experience is lead by an intense aromatic bouquet of tropical Pineapple and sun-ripened Blueberry, seamlessly integrated with the rich, confectionery scent of Coconut Ice Cream. On the palate, a sharp lactic acidity provides a bright counterpoint to the velvety, dessert-like sweetness. Subtle inclusions of Aussie rock salt enhance the fruit depth and create a mouthwatering quality that balances the plush mouthfeel. This beer finishes with a complex, lingering fruit tang and a smooth creaminess that masterfully masks its elevated alcohol content.
Appearance. Opaque and deeply saturated purple-violet hue; a dense, creamy, pale-lilac head with moderate retention and significant lacing.
Aroma. High intensity; dominant notes of fresh pineapple and macerated blueberries over a rich base of sweet coconut cream and vanilla; clean lactic tartness and a subtle briny undertone; no hop aroma or esters.
Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tart pineapple and sweet berry flesh; moderate-high sourness is quickly rounded out by a heavy, ice-cream-like sweetness.
