An immense addition of un-ripened mango and creamy banana provides a lush, tropical foundation, while the bright acidity of guava cuts through with a vibrant punch. As the palate evolves, waves of jammy boysenberry and deep blackcurrant crash across the tongue, creating a complex, multi-layered berry profile. This unfiltered sour ale boasts an exceptionally plush, viscous body—reminiscent of fresh fruit pulp—balancing its intense tartness with a thick, velvety sweetness that lingers long into the fruit-saturated finish.

Appearance. Opaque and smoothie-like with a deep magenta to purple hue; pours with a thick, pink-tinted head that shows poor to moderate retention, leaving substantial fruit residue and heavy lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity, dominated by a bouquet of tropical guava and mango. Secondary notes of ripe banana and a deep, earthy berry character from boysenberry and blackcurrant provide complexity. A clean, lactic sourness underpins the fruit without any funky Brettanomyces character.

Taste. An immediate explosion of tart tropical fruit, featuring sharp guava and un-ripened mango. The mid-palate is softened by sweet banana and a dense, jammy mixture of dark berries.
