This collaboration between One Drop and Parrotdog delivers a quintessential American IPA experience, emphasizing the resinous and citrus-forward traits of its West Coast heritage. A quartet of powerhouse hops—Simcoe, Centennial, Mosaic, and Citra—unleash a vibrant sensory display of pine needles, grapefruit zest, and ripe blueberries against a backdrop of tropical melon. The neutral yeast strain ensures a pristine, dry canvas, allowing the bold hop bitterness to take center stage. Supported by a lean, simple malt base, the aromatic intensity is matched by a crisp, refreshing finish that perfectly captures the assertive, clean spirit of the style.

Appearance. Deep gold with brilliant clarity. Pours with a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of resinous pine, grapefruit peel, and floral blossoms, complemented by tropical accents of mango and blueberry. A low, clean, grainy malt sweetness provides a subtle foundation, free from fermentation esters.
