Three Times Three is a colossal Double IPA that pushes sensory boundaries through an unprecedented dry-hop regimen. A powerhouse collaboration, it showcases a saturated profile of Freestyle Nelson, Riwaka, and Yakima Citra hops. The aroma explodes with diesel-flecked passion fruit, pungent crushed gooseberry, and vibrant grapefruit zest. On the palate, the intense tropical fruit density is supported by a soft, pillowy malt backbone that masterfully integrates its significant 10.2% strength. This beer balances aggressive hop saturation with a smooth, velvety texture, culminating in a dry, resinous finish that highlights the complex, multi-layered terpene profile of its Southern Hemisphere and Pacific Northwest hops.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (6-8 SRM); opaque and hazy with a dense, persistent, creamy white head and exceptional lacing.

Aroma. High intensity; dominant notes of white grape, passion fruit, and crushed gooseberry from the Nelson and Riwaka additions. Bright citrus oils and grapefruit zest from Yakima Citra follow, supported by a very low, clean, grainy-sweet malt presence and a hint of dank resin.

Taste. Initial impression is a massive wave of tropical fruit, including mango, lychee, and lime zest. Bitterness is firm and assertive but smooth, never harsh. A clean, soft, bready malt character provides a light foundation. The finish is medium-dry and extremely hoppy, leaving a lingering, resinous aftertaste of citrus peel and tropical fruit.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate. A noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth is present, without any hop-derived astringency.
