This Wild Specialty Beer presents an extravagant sensory experience, leaning into the indulgent profile of a blueberry banana split. The aroma is dominated by ripe, creamy banana and vibrant blueberry compote, underscored by a lactic tang and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, the thick 'Lassi' influence creates a rich, smoothie-like texture where the sweetness of the fruit is balanced by a sharp, refreshing acidity and a delicate touch of sea salt from the Gose base. The result is a complex, dessert-leaning ale that maintains its structure through a well-integrated 6% ABV, offering a lingering, jammy finish.

Appearance. Opaque and viscous, appearing like a deep violet-to-indigo fruit puree. It pours with a thick, heavy, lavender-tinted head that shows moderate to low retention and leaves significant fruit staining on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics of jammy blueberry and overripe banana. A distinct creamy, yogurt-like lactic character blends with soft vanilla and a faint, underlying spicy note reminiscent of coriander. No hop aroma or volatile phenols are present.

Taste. Initial impression is an explosion of sweet blueberry and smooth banana. A medium-high lactic sourness provides a necessary counterpoint to the fruit sugars. The Gose heritage is evident through a subtle saline streak that enhances the fruit flavors. Bitterness is negligible, with no detectable hop flavor, finishing with a lingering, sweet-and-tart fruit smoothie character.

Mouthfeel. Full-bodied and exceptionally viscous with a creamy, mouth-coating texture. Carbonation is moderate to low, which emphasizes the beer's weight. Alcohol warmth is light and supportive, while any astringency from fruit skins is minimal.
