This decadent, barrel-aged interpretation of an American Porter elevates its classic dark malt foundation with massive additions of sweet maple syrup and toasted coconut. The beer presents an incredibly indulgent profile, where the wood-derived vanilla and oak tannins from barrel aging seamlessly integrate with rich chocolate malts. Thick, velvety, and intensely sweet, it balances the dark roast of the porter malt bill against a torrent of maple syrup and luscious, creamy coconut, creating a sensory experience akin to liquid dessert while retaining a warming, sophisticated alcoholic backbone.

Appearance. Opaque, jet-black to very dark brown (approaching 40 SRM) with deep garnet highlights. It pours with a thick, dense, dark tan head that exhibits moderate retention and leaves thick, sticky lacing on the glass as it recedes.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominated by rich, sweet maple syrup, toasted coconut, and dark chocolate malt character.
