Omnipollo Lopez is a monumentally thick Imperial Stout, boasting a luxurious sensory journey forged over twenty months in Four Roses bourbon barrels. The aroma bursts with decadent layers of toasted coconut, rich vanilla bean, and dark chocolate cheesecake. On the palate, a velvety wave of fudgy malt meets the warmth of charred oak, caramel-heavy bourbon, and an intense, dessert-like coconut sweetness. This massive stout balances its immense, viscous body with a gentle alcohol warmth, delivering an incredibly complex, harmonious, and indulgent finish reminiscent of a liquid coconut macaroon dipped in dark chocolate.

Appearance. Jet black and completely opaque, pouring with a highly viscous consistency that clings to the glass with prominent legs. It supports a thin, dark mocha-colored head with low retention, quickly fading to a persistent collar.

Aroma. Intense and highly complex, dominated by rich toasted coconut, sweet vanilla bean, and dark chocolate-covered cheesecake.
