This Wild Specialty Beer delivers a vibrant, sun-drenched sensory experience defined by its bold tropical character. The aroma is dominated by high-intensity notes of fresh-cut pineapple and the sharp, tangy essence of passionfruit, harmonized with a delicate, lactic-driven wild fermentation. On the palate, the interplay between tropical fruit sugars and a firm, refreshing acidity creates a bright, refreshing profile. The 6% ABV provides enough structure to carry the fruit depth without overshadowing the dry, crisp finish. It captures the essence of summer through a balanced blend of tartness and exotic fruit complexity that feels both lush and invigorating.

Appearance. Deep gold to pale orange with a persistent, cloudy haze. Pours with a moderate white head that dissipates fairly quickly due to fruit acidity, leaving light, fleeting lacing.

Aroma. High intensity of tropical fruit; leading with ripe pineapple and zesty passionfruit. A subtle background of earthy funk and sharp lactic acidity is present. Malt presence is very low, offering a faint cracker-like note without any detectable hop aroma.

Taste. Initial punch of tart passionfruit followed by juicy pineapple. The fermentation character is clean but distinctly acidic, reflecting its wild ale roots with a mild leathery funk. Hop bitterness is absent. The finish is very dry and refreshing, with lingering tropical esters and a clean, puckering acidity.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with moderate to high carbonation that provides a lively prickle on the tongue. Low alcohol warmth. A slight astringency from the passionfruit skins enhances the dry sensation and crispness.
