This modern Double IPA showcases an intense showcase of Galaxy hops, delivering a saturated sensory experience. Intensely aromatic, it bursts with punchy aromas of passion fruit, ripe peach, and bright citrus zest, underpinned by a soft, doughy malt backbone. The palate is flooded with tropical fruit flavors, balanced by a firm, clean bitterness that prevents any cloying sweetness. A smooth, well-integrated alcohol warmth from its 8% strength rounds out the finish, leaving a lingering, resinous fruit impression. It is a bold, hop-forward masterpiece that highlights the vibrant, tropical complexity of its signature hop.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange-amber. Displays a persistent, dense, off-white head with excellent lacing. Though the style traditionally favors clarity, this modern iteration presents with a characteristic luminous, uniform haze.

Aroma. High to intense aroma dominated by Galaxy hops, showcasing intense tropical notes of passion fruit, guava, and mango, alongside candied citrus peel and a hint of dank, resinous pine. A low, clean, sweet bready malt presence supports the hop storm, while fermentation remains clean with virtually no yeast esters.

Taste. An immediate wave of vibrant tropical fruit, peach, and citrus flavors dominates the palate. The malt flavor is low but supportive, offering a clean, neutral graininess. Bitterness is high and assertive but smoothly integrated, avoiding any harsh or grassy astringency. The finish is dry to medium-dry, leaving a clean, lingering aftertaste of resinous hop oils and tropical fruit.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate. A gentle, soft alcohol warmth is noticeable but clean and well-integrated, with no harshness or hop burn.
