Omnipollo

Omnipollo Fatamorgana FOLK delivers a vibrant, sessionable interpretation of the classic American IPA. Despite its light stature at 3.5% ABV, it maintains a high-intensity hop profile featuring lush tropical fruit notes of mango and pineapple alongside sharp citrus grapefruit. The use of Citra hops provides a bright, juice-forward character that dominates the sensory experience. A lean, grainy malt base allows these hop expressions to remain front and center, concluding in a crisp, dry finish. It presents a soft, smooth texture typical of its lineage, making for an exceptionally refreshing and aromatic ale that punches well above its weight.

Appearance. Medium gold with a persistent, dense white head and significant haze. Excellent lacing remains as the glass is emptied.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical fruit (mango, passion fruit) and citrus (grapefruit, orange peel). Low grainy, cracker-like maltiness is present in the background. Clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Punchy hop flavors of melon and tropical citrus lead the palate. Medium-high bitterness is well-integrated with a light, grainy malt backbone. The finish is dry and crisp with a lingering, clean hop character.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a soft, slightly creamy texture. Moderate to high carbonation provides a refreshing prickle. No alcohol warmth is detected.
